Returns

All sales are final

Every 404 Tee Shop shirt is printed on demand, just for you, after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Colors that look slightly different on screen than in person

Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we’ll help. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t replace orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven’t started printing.
