Thank you for shopping with 404 Tee Shop. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. It starts at $4.95 for one shirt, with a small add-on for each additional shirt.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we’ll try to fix it before your order ships.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
